Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use brightonsharbino.net, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, captions, or other assistive technology. This site is designed with the goal of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we review it as we add new content.

Our ongoing efforts include descriptive text for images, a logical heading structure, readable color contrast, pages that work with browser zoom and on phones, and navigation that can be used with a keyboard.

Some content comes from other services, such as embedded videos, social media, and outside websites we link to. We don’t control the accessibility of those services, but we’re glad to help you get the information another way.

Need help or found a problem? If anything on this site is hard to use, please email teambrightonsharbino@gmail.com and tell us the page and the issue. We’ll respond and work to fix it, and we can provide the information in another format.

Privacy Policy

This is a professional portfolio and information site. We collect as little personal information as possible and we do not sell or share it.

Information we collect

  • Messages you send us. If you contact us by email or through our contact form, we receive the information you provide (such as your name, email, and message) and use it only to respond. The contact form is processed by Formspree, which delivers the message to us.
  • Basic server logs. Our web host (HostGator) automatically records technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies and outside services

  • Google Fonts delivers the site’s fonts and receives your IP address to do so.
  • Embedded videos and social links (such as YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok) are governed by those companies’ own privacy policies when you play or visit them.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have the right to ask what personal information we have about you, to ask us to delete it, or to opt out of analytics. To make a request, email teambrightonsharbino@gmail.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change how information is handled, we’ll update this page and the date above.
